What I Offer

Three years in emergency medicine – 4,000+ calls, working with people in acute conditions, from homeless individuals to top managers. Experience in B2B sales, where I managed to build dialogue with doctors and received rejections in only 1% of cases. My superpower is diagnostics: focusing, listening, observing, and then arriving at a mutually beneficial solution.

I know how to:

  • find common ground with different people
  • read a person's state in seconds
  • explain complex things in simple language
  • find solutions where others see a dead end

Such tasks are a large part of my calling. Now I want to do this with teams, clients, and products.

I can be useful in many roles:

Clinical Sales Specialist

A sales specialist whose work involves promoting medical products or services while understanding the clinical environment.

My advantages

  • Working with clients through an understanding of the clinical environment, not strictly by a script.
  • Ability to talk with clinicians.
  • Identifying a doctor's hidden needs through observation and listening.
  • Handling objections calmly and with arguments.
  • Using CRM systems to analyze meetings and improve strategy.

Why I fit

I don't sell – I offer a solution to a problem, because I understand a doctor's systemic fatigue and pain, because I help them see how the product will ease their routine. I know what infuriates, what takes time, what gets in the way of work, so let our work become salvation for the rescuer.

Customer Success Manager

A specialist responsible for ensuring that after purchasing a product, the client doesn't just use it, but gets real value, is satisfied, and stays with the company for a long time.

My advantages

  • Retaining clients through trust and respect.
  • Turning conflicts into dialogue and doubts into productive discussion.
  • Understanding the essence of systematic user training with a minimum of technical jargon.
  • Collecting and interpreting feedback as a basis for improvements.
  • Proactive support: the client shouldn't wait for a problem – help will arrive before it arises.

Why I fit

I understand the importance of listening and hearing, because I have worked with people on their scariest day. I can quickly find common ground, explain complex things in simple language, train, and build trust. The client won't be afraid to call me with questions. I can help them not just start using the product, but believe in it and recommend it to others.

Implementation Specialist

A specialist whose job is implementing a product at a client's site: from the first test to a full launch.

My advantages

  • Understanding the real working conditions of doctors and medical professionals.
  • Organizing the implementation process: from the first tests to a full launch.
  • Training staff and translating doctors' needs into the language of development.
  • Working with technical documentation, installing and configuring software, and organizing IT support.
  • Quick adaptation to new tools and technologies.

Why I fit

It is necessary not just to install software, but to make sure the system takes root in the clinic and doctors start using it. I know how medicine works from the inside, how doctors can resist anything new. The product may seem out of place to them, but later it will become indispensable. I will collect feedback and translate it into the developer's language. This is not just "implementation"; it is a comprehensive process to make the product actually work in live conditions.

Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant

A technical expert who supports sales in complex deals: shows how the product works – conducts demonstrations, adapting them to the client's goals, participates in negotiations, answers technical questions, helps the client see the solution, and connects them with the development team. Helps sales managers form proposals (RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals) from the technical side. Prepares and maintains technical materials.

My advantages

  • Establishing contact with any skeptic. Asking clarifying questions, then letting them speak – and the skeptic has already become a participant in the dialogue.
  • Explaining complex things in the client's language – using analogies from their world, checking understanding; not moving on until the person has grasped the essence.
  • Honestly admitting when something is unknown, then actually coming back with a clear answer. This builds trust more strongly than trying to wriggle out of it.
  • Identifying real needs. Listening not to words, but to what lies behind them: what a person repeats, what they avoid, where their tone changes. The real request is often hidden behind reluctance – a consequence of fear or fatigue.
  • Confidently handling objections and aggression without taking it personally. Listening, letting them speak, smoothly shifting to the plane of "what doesn't suit you – let's break it down."
  • Translating doctors' needs into developers' language, and vice versa. For example: a doctor isn't receiving data because your system doesn't transmit data to their system – into "make an API."
  • Quickly learning a new product. Show me: first, why it is needed and who the target user is; then, the 20% of features that give 80% of the result; after that, practice and everything else.
  • Understanding when the client is ready – they stop asking "how does this work" and start suggesting "could we also do it like this." This is a signal: trust is there, and not losing it is a small matter when you know how to listen and react in time.

Why I fit

Even though I am not a programmer in the classical sense and cannot solve a code problem on my own, once I understand how your system works from the inside and begin talking with both sides, I will organize the process so that the client quickly engages with the essence and code issues are quickly resolved by specialists. And I can always explain how to squeeze the maximum out of the product, even if it is still raw, and how further work will be improved by testing, especially when it is conducted by a qualified specialist.

Team Communication Coach / Speaker

A specialist who helps teams within a company communicate better with each other and with clients. They train employees in negotiation skills, empathy, conflict resolution, and clear expression of thoughts. They also speak to audiences – at internal meetings, conferences, and trainings.

My advantages

  • Listening sincerely.
  • Ability to be a neutral party in a conflict.
  • Explaining complex things in simple words.
  • Respecting everyone's role and experience.
  • Emotional stability.
  • Holding an audience's attention and conveying a thought clearly.
  • Seeing exactly where communication breaks down.
  • Building the entire training process.
  • Measuring the result: whether there are fewer conflicts, whether efficiency has grown.

Why I fit

Behind aggression and anger there is often hurt. I can remain neutral, explain the importance of teamwork, remind people about self-reflection and the importance of not devaluing a person's experience. The main principle is to listen and not give random advice, because the answer is already hidden in the interlocutor's words.

I'm not looking for a job – I'm looking for a place where I'll be the link that turns chaos into system, fears into solutions, and people into a team. Where my experience and willingness to learn will bring real value. If you see me in a different role – let's discuss. I'm open to dialogue.
